Modernist dining table by the French designer and architect Pierre Guariche for the Belgian manufacturer, Meurop, 1950s.

The simple and elegant design is finished in teak with rectangular steel legs finished in black lacquer. The tabletop divides and slides out to reveal an extension leaf which slots into place allowing the table to seat six to eight.

The piece is in vintage condition with signs of use in line with age - including light scratches, chips and marks; for us the piece presents well with nice character and a warm patina to the wood.

Table legs are held in place by three screws at each corner, and can be removed for shipping if required.

Dimensions: D: 90cm x H: 73cm x L: 160 / 220cm
