Pendant light of tempered glass with black steel frame by R. Volenterio and C. Benedetti for Quattrifolio. Italy, 1980s.

A simple, elegant piece - a postmodern reflection of art deco design, very much in the Memphis style. The scale (and strength of original bulbs) suggest this piece came from a commercial environment, such as a cinema or café. The wiring has been PAT tested for the UK, and the fixture takes two large-screw fitting bulbs; in the image the light has been fitted with 2 x 2W LED bulbs.

The light has its original glass with one flake out of one tier which does not affect the outline (we can quote to replace if required), and smaller nibbles around the central holes as is usually found with designs of this type.

Dimensions: Dia 70cm x H 100cm

As an alternative we have the option to use three tiers of oval glass.
