A tall free-standing room divider or bookcase, designed by Lucian Ercolani for his company Ercol in the late 1950s. Made of solid elm with beech uprights, and traditionally crafted in England.

The design provides good storage with four tiers of shelving (two adjustable), and a two-door storage cupboard with removable shelf. The piece is nicely made, with the back and inside having the same finish quality as the front, and nice grain pattern to the elm. A good storage/display option for your home office, studio or living space.

This is an original piece from early production, which has been in the same home since new. It has seen light, and careful use, and has age-appropriate wear - including light scratches, faint ring marks and a little old damage to the back of one of the uprights. We have not attempted to refinish it in any way in order to preserve the authenticity and character of the piece. Please drop us a note here if you would like more details or images.

Approximate dimensions:
H 192cm x D 42cm x W 90cm (width and depth are measured at the point below the cupboard)
Like all tall furniture this piece should be installed and used with care to ensure stability.
