Brass champagne or ice bucket in the shape of a top hat, early to mid-20th century European.
Nice simple design - very much Art Deco style - with a handcrafted appearance. Good vintage condition with age appropriate signs of wear; some surface tarnishing (mainly on the underside) and an overall aged patina which we have left unpolished, as found.
