Shipping & Delivery Information
We are happy to work with you to arrange the shipping of items to anywhere in the UK or throughout the world.
We can pack and post smaller items ourselves, and can often undertake delivery; we are also happy to arrange quotes from third parties for the packing and transportation of larger or particularly fragile items. If the item is to be shipped by a third party we usually recommend the arrangement is finalised directly between you and the shipper to ensure you have the relevant control over the process to your door. If you would like a delivery quote please simply contact us and let us know what it is you are interested in, and where you would like to get it to, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can with a quote. Please be aware that when shipping internationally any taxes, duty or other surcharge is the responsibility of the Buyer; these charges do not form part of the shipping quote.

Returns
We endeavour to photograph all stock accurately and to provide accurate descriptions and dimensions. We have a showroom open 5 days a week and we encourage customers to come and view our stock in person.  If you would like to make an appointment please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

However the law requires us to be bound by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where the Buyer has purchased goods by distance communication (i.e. telephone, order form or online). These regulations grant the Buyer a right to cancel the order and return the goods within a period of 14 calendar days from the day on which they received the goods. The Buyer must inform us by email of their intention to cancel the order within this 14-day period in order for the Regulations to apply. A full refund will be issued after the Buyer has arranged for the return of the cancelled goods at their own expense. The Buyer is duty bound to return the goods in the same condition in which the goods were received. In cases where we undertake bespoke work on the Buyer’s behalf, all cancellation rights will end at the point of order; this includes cases where we source or work on pieces or at the Buyer's request.

THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES
