Glass Lantern, Italy 1950s

Sold Out

Delicate glass lantern with details in brass and lacquered metal. Italian 1950s.

The fixture comprises a lantern of pale smoked and cut glass with brass lid and base, and black lacquered petals. The piece is nicely made with three tulip-shaped brass lamp-holders taking small screw-fitting bulbs. Very good vintage condition, with wear in line with age and use - we have noted one small flake to the glass and some signs of wear to the brass.

We recommend the light is not rewired until it is close to installation as the piece will be dismantled for shipping; UK clients, please contact us for a re-wiring quote.
