Pendant light, model "Juno" by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup, Denmark, 1960s.

A nice example of simple Scandinavian modern design, the fixture is made up of concentric metal bands finished in black and copper to the outside and the silver/grey and orange to the inside. The black band "floats" away from the copper, allowing light to shine above and below.

Good original condition, with light signs of wear overall, in line with age and use. There are some scratches and losses to the paint finish on the top of the light where an old label has been removed; this is not visible in use if the light is installed above eye level. Fog & Mørup (Fog & Morup) label to the inside. New wiring with single lamp-holder and black cable.

Dimensions (light only): Diameter 24cm x height 15cm.
