Decorative dish or vide-poche by ceramicist Georges Pelletier, France.

Handmade ceramic, with an attractive design in off-white and neutral shades, with gold-lustre details. The piece is glazed with a mixture of glossy and matte finish. Mounted with a hanging wire for display, and signed in gold to the reverse.

The piece is in good vintage condition with signs of wear in line with age and use. The shape is uneven, as is often seen in these handmade pieces, and there is a small area of wear to the gold finish. The lustre reflects the tones slightly differently according to the light, the images are taken in daylight to give an impression of range.

Approximate dimensions: W 22cm x D 20cm x H 5cm (at the highest point).
