A Swedish brass pendant light with etched glass shade and openwork star details. A rare design. Mid-20th century, designer unknown.
A nicely made piece with a thick glass shade held by a brass frame and three delicate loops and chains. Simple leaf designs are etched into the glass shade and the brass is pierced with stars and dots.
The piece is in good vintage condition overall with minor nicks and marks to the glass from rubs to the frame. See images for examples and overview. New wiring will be required prior to install; the wire is fitted through the upper canopy (old wiring has been removed).
