An impressive oak door clad to one side in hammered copper with a wonderful abstract design. Found in Germany, probably dating from the 1970s.
The copper-cladding has an applied patina of dark brown, almost black, with some signs of weathering. The handle is made to complement the design. The reverse of the door is plain oak, and the key surround fits a standard barrel lock. A solid, heavy piece.
Good condition, with minor signs of wear from age and use.
D: 6.5cm exc handle
Copper-clad frame (with scratches) also available.
