A large door handle in cast bronze, with an aged and applied patina. European, 1970s.
The handle has two bolt-on brackets on the reverse, and is wide enough to stretch the full width of a door. One bracket bent (see image). Installation is through holes in the brackets, using fixings (not supplied) to suit the size of your door and the weight of the metal.
